EchoPeak Solutions provides business process outsourcing services including but not limited to lead generation, telemarketing, sales outsourcing, customer support, and back-office services. All services are delivered from our office in Manipal, Karnataka, India.

Client Responsibilities <a id="toc-heading-2" class="anchor"></a>

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information required for service delivery
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining the security of any credentials or access provided to us
• Reviewing and approving call scripts and communication materials

Confidentiality <a id="toc-heading-3" class="anchor"></a>

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.

Limitation of Liability <a id="toc-heading-4" class="anchor"></a>

EchoPeak Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law <a id="toc-heading-5" class="anchor"></a>

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
